Eagle Eye Renovations is a locally owned and operated storm damage restoration company. We specialize in helping homeowners navigate the insurance process of repairing their hail damaged property. We ensure they receive the best possible service while putting on top quality materials, etc. We have established a local following being voted 3 years in a row a neighborhood favorite on Nextdoor and have a healthy google rating, and BBB rating. This allows you to sell our services with confidence.
Compensation:
You will be given the opportunity to earn uncapped commission as well as a base pay. Commission will be based on a percentage of signed contracts. Pay structure is Base pay rate plus pay for every qualified appoiontment set, plus percentage of every appointment that turns into a contracted job. Driven individuals can make $50k-$75k in their first year!
What you will do:
Travel to pre determined areas that have been researched and have hail damage. Perform door-to-door sales and schedule roofing inspections for our roofing sales consultants. Follow up with customers to ensure their needs were met.
What you will need:
Excellent communication skills
Drive to control your own income and to exceed your own goals
Self Motivation
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
Perferred 1-2 years experience in D2D sales, retail, or customer service.
Our sales reps are trained to close leads. If you are self driven, motivated and have a desire to grow, you will be successful at Eagle Eye Renovations.
